These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.
2. Contracting Party & Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with Velluto Sport Marketing GmbH.
By listing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to enter into a contract for these items. You may place products in your shopping cart without obligation and modify your entries at any time before submitting your order.
Orders can also be placed via express checkout (Apple Pay, PayPal, Google Pay).
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by:
- clicking the order button, or
- completing the express checkout process
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Contract Language & Storage
The contract language is German.
We store the contract text and send you the order details and these Terms and Conditions via email. For security reasons, the contract text is not accessible online after purchase.
4. Delivery & Returns
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. Details can be found on the respective product pages.
We offer a 30 day risk-free return period for all products. You can manage your order in our return portal.
We deliver by shipping only. Self-collection is not available.
5. Payment

6. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
